*Pat Montferrat's 9th pick was edited to Jack Shea about a half hour from the original posting, sorry for the confusion.

  • Kellert | I scrambled around my top three countless times before finalizing on this one,  I can see any of them run away with the title. We'll have to see how much time Rivera can drop off his first sub-16 and Holmdel PR of 15:47 which he cruised to last week. Rivera has been toasting courses this season so he is a viable pick for the win. For Gindi and Grossman I'm not sure how much lower they'd go or not now ranked #10 all time at Holmdel with their 15:27s, but they showed they'll fight for every inch with anyone in this race. Those times already came from a race long battle which they'll see at MOCs once again. Could be a close triangle of a finish with any of those three leading it.  I've had Grossman as my pick for the MOCs winner since preseason but Gindi showed last week that this is anyone's race so I'll give him the nod with my pick. Could see 10+ guys go under 16 minutes, can't wait to see who pops out of the woods first on Saturday.
  • Stranieri | Will go down to the wire again between Grossman and Gindi. I don't think Grossman leaves things up to a sprint finish like he did last week and tries to run away from Gindi during the first couple miles and hangs on for the win. I think the winner could go sub 15:20.
  • Montferrat | Grossman has been in this arena for four years! Gindi has had a helluva season, will be close again.
